Here’s how it works

I have a system for building the right foundation for a business and I can tailor that system accordingly. This way you will get the help you really need and not invest in help you don’t need.

We would need to work together for a minimum of 6 months. Any less just isn’t enough time to make sure we create the right strategy for your business. We will do this using the phone, Skype and email and where possible meet face-to-face.

After our initial consultation I will set your fee in advance. I do not charge an hourly rate. You’ll know in advance how much you will need to invest which can be split into instalments. That way you can budget your investment and not worry about how much of my time you’re using.

During this time, you will not simply benefit from working through my proven system but you will have your own strategy advisor who will help you create the best strategy for your business, help you make the right strategic decisions and help you find the right solutions to your key challenges.

Who This Coaching Programme is For

There is a limit to the number of available places and so this coaching programme is for business owners and leaders who have a business that turns over at least £300,000 and who have the desire and determination to drive their business to the next level.

It’s also for you provided you have the bandwidth to put the work in to create and implement the strategy we will create and you have a budget to invest in a coach.

If you haven’t either the time or the resource then you’re not ready for my direct help but don’t worry, I can still help you build a strategy that will make all the difference to your business. So, here’s what I recommend you do.

First, if you’re new to this site and you haven’t already, you should sign-up for my free resource to gain a ton of business foundation guidance covering strategy, systems and leadership.

Second, having done that, invest in my Plan to Succeed course in which I will guide you through the steps you need to take to create your own strategy. If you’re a small business owner who has never taken the time out to create a strategy for your business then this is a great place to start.
