Introducing The Build Your Business Foundation System
Each stage in this system is a vital component. Work through each stage and your business will have the strength needed to reach the next major level in its evolution efficiently and effectively. It will be strong enough to:
- Know exactly how to reach this next level and make it happen
- Eliminate the risks and hazards that threaten to harm it along the way
- Reach this vital destination efficiently and effectively with you in control and keeping it on course.
This system will show you how to establish a strong foundation upon which your business can successfully build and grow.
Introducing The Build Your Business Foundation Programme
The coaching programme comprises a number of packages and levels of help so that you get the help you really need and don’t invest in help you don’t need.
For example, If you need help with developing the right strategy and your people are good at monitoring progress and keeping on track then we will focus on the Strategy Creation package.
You will have access to all the material you need so that you can work through tasks at your own pace.
What we will do
Depending on the package that we agree is the best for you, we will work together for up to 12 months and build the right foundation for your business. We will work together using the phone, Skype and email and if possible we will meet once each quarter.
During this time, you will not simply benefit from working through my proven business-building system but you will have your own strategy advisor who will help you create the best strategy for your business, help you make the right strategic decisions and help you find the right solutions to your key challenges.

To select the right package we first need to know how strong your business is today.
To get this right you need to complete my Business Foundation Health Check Tool.
Within an hour you will have an accurate assessment – in the form of heat-map tables and charts – of where your business is strong, where it is weak and potentially vulnerable and where we need to focus effort to make the maximum difference.
Prior to our initial free consultation on the telephone, I will review your scores so that we can have a constructive, detailed discussion of the findings and the way forward. We will also talk about your aspirations and key challenges.
If at this stage you decide not to invest in any of my coaching packages you will still have a detailed analysis of where your business is now and a better idea of where you need to focus time and resources.
You will also have a powerful tool which you can complete over the next 18 months and see how much stronger your business becomes.

Who This Coaching Programme is For
There is a limit to the number of available places and so this coaching programme is for businesses and organisations that turn over at least £250,000, who are struggling to get their business to the next level and who are committed to work through the system, follow my guidance and advice and make this work.

“Set Your Business on the Right Course” Programme – Create the right strategy that will get your business to where you want it to be and overcome the obstacles and hazards that lie in wait.
This programme is for business owners and CEOs who find it harder to achieve the growth they once did and who are unsure how to take their business to the next level. If you are hoping that things will work out instead of knowing that they will because you know exactly what you need to do, then this programme is for you.
In this programme you will:
- Create a one-page strategy map that will show you how to get your business to the next level;
- Identify the key strategic priorities that that you and your people need to focus on in order to reach this next strategic destination;
- Identify the hazards that lie ahead and learn how to eliminate, avoid or overcome them;
- Create a detailed strategy plan that will break this journey down into manageable, measurable milestones and develop detailed action plans to meet them.
Duration: 3-6 months (depending on the current status of your business)

- A 1 hour “Kick-off” session to discuss where you want to get to and the challenges that lie ahead;
- 6 – 12 biweekly 50 minute calls to review progress and keep on track;
- Guides, templates and tools to help you along the way;
- Next step actions after every session;
- Unlimited email support;
- A small number of emergency 15-minute “whenever you need them” calls, pre-arranged and during working hours.
“Business Rescue” Programme – Turn your business around before it’s too late.
This programme is for business owners and CEOs whose business is flat or falling and who are struggling to turn it back onto the path to growth.
In this programme you will:
- Clearly identify the challenges and problems that are impacting your business;
- Create a strategy to resolve these issues that are harming your business and that will get it back on course;
- Stabilise and strengthen your business so that you are able to execute your strategy and keep your business from reverting back to current state.
Duration: 6-12 months (depending on the current status of your business)
Includes:
- A 1 hour “Kick-off” strategy session to discuss the problems and find potential solutions. (Guided by the results of the Health Check Tool);
- 12 – 24 biweekly 50 minute calls to review progress and keep on track;
- Guides, templates and tools to help you along the way;
- Next step actions after every session;
- Unlimited email support;
- A small number of emergency 15-minute “whenever you need them” calls, pre-arranged and during working hours.
